I was in my late 40s when a mindfulness course started my path into spirituality. I started meditating daily, loving how it helped quieten my busy mind, and enjoying the inner spiritual connection. This led to me becoming an energy healer and a teacher. As my heart started opening, I became more open to the Divine feeling a deeper connection inside.

In 2022, living spirtual master, Paramahamasa Vishwananda came into my life and guides me as I continue to work on bettering myself and helping others where I can.
