A yantra is an energetic instrument for our spiritual advancement. It is the most sacred geometry known to mankind. Sri Yantra has a profound effect on the person who draws, paints, or studies one. It is based on nine layers and each level has its own structure and secret wisdom hidden. Sri Yantra givesp us a path to the Divine within.

The Sri Yantra helps to control the mind and the senses, as well as to create a high energy frequency which helps us transform the negativity of the surroundings into a more positive vibration.

 Sri Yantra drawing and painting meditation courses, based on the teachings of Paramahamsa Vishwananda and offered around the world, teach how to recognize and draw a precise Sri Yantra. The final painting process contains 9 steps and takes place in silent meditation.

THINGS TO NOTE

As during any sacred process, it is of strong recommendation to keep a vegetarian diet (ideally vegan) during the course day, as well as during the sacred process of painting your Śrī-yantra and

meditating with it. It is our way to show our respect to Divine Mother, Śakti, who is the mother of all beings. This will also allow you to have more clear and receptive mind during the course. As your Śrī-yantra might become for you later on a tool for meditation, it is of highest recommendation that your vibrations stay as pure as possible during the course.

Participants should bring colouring pencils (vegan), links to purchase online available by directly contacting Sri Yantra teacher. Bring pencil sharpener as well as have a device to join zoom (please ensure to test your equipment ie your camera and microphone to allow a smooth running on the day).
