Highlights

Come and join us on a lovely Bhagavad Gita Retreat. It’s open to all, and Newcomers are very welcome.

We will spend the weekend diving into the Bhagavad Gita’s timeless teachings, learning firstly ‘Who am I?’ and then, through various tools and techniques, how we can learn to build our own personal relationship with the Divine within.

This path is very much an experiential path, so we have many activities planned, e.g.: –

  • Short talks – ‘Introduction to the Bhagavad Gita’:
  • ‘Who Am I? The Soul’s Journey’
  • ‘The Importance & Techniques of Self Analysis’
  • Guided meditations
  • Mantra & Musical Movement
  • Japa walks
  • Om Chanting
  • Guru videos

Through the interactive activities, we aim to give a glimpse into how you can start to understand the teachings of Lord Krishna and how to become aware of the Divine in each and every moment of our lives.

These teachings bring inner joy, peace, acceptance and understanding to our lives, and this helps us to navigate our path. Through this short 701 verse conversation between Lord Krishna and His favourite disciple Arjuna (that’s us!). We learn how to bring these mystical teachings into our daily life, in a very simple and beautiful way.
