OM Chanting brings people together to share the positive vibrations of OM and their love for Mother Earth in local communities and nations around the world. God creates through vibration, OM is the seed vibration. Bathing in its resonance clears mental and physical blockages. The practice transforms:

• Transforms negativity into positive energy
• Helps purify the local environment, and
• Supports the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of participants.

INTRO TO DEVOTIONAL ART

In this session we will be colouring the Sri Yantra.

A yantra is an energetic instrument used for spiritual growth. It is one of the most sacred geometries known to humankind. The Sri Yantra has a profound effect on anyone who draws, paints, or studies it.

It is composed of nine layers, each with its own structure and hidden spiritual wisdom. Contemplating or creating the Sri Yantra guides us inward, offering a path toward the Divine within.

No previous knowledge or artistic skill is required. Everyone aged 15 and above is welcome to join.

PROGRAM

– A brief introduction / explanation
– OM Chanting together
– We will sit quietly for a few minutes and then you are welcome to share any experiences you had during the OM chanting session.
– For those interested there will be an introduction to devotional art, for a charge of £5 (in which case, make sure to select appropriately in the form below).
