I started doing OM chanting in Portugal and immediately changed my energy. At the time I was doing oncologic treatments and the positive energy I was receiving from the OM chanting circles was deeply felt on my body and mood. I also developed good friendships from the OM chanting community, where we felt safe, accepted and seen for who we were. I want to share this positive energy and love with others so that they can share it with their peers, like that love and positivity keeps growing in our community and city. Based in Newcastle and happy to share the love.
