Sadhana’ means a spiritual practice.  Bhakti Marga sadhana practices open the heart to the transformational power of love.  They come from a long lineage of spiritual masters, including Mahavatar Babaji and Swami Vishwananda.

Bhakti Marga offers one sadhana with five different ways to rise in love with life. While each practice comes from the same source, they are each unique in the way they pierce the darkness and illuminate the path to real happiness and true Love. Our techniques will help you still the mind and drop into the silence of the heart where you can connect with unlimited devotion and love.  The techniques include chanting, asana (physical postures), and meditation based methods.

With Bhakti Marga Sadhana practices, you can enjoy a new personal experience of the transformational power of love, and learn the secrets that turn these simple techniques into powerful tools for personal transformation.

Dive into the mysteries of ancient techniques to quiet the mind, gain clarity, cultivate inner balance and establish a deeper connection to yourself and others.

Each practice can be done by itself or in combination with one or more of the others. Start with the practice that interests you most, and then add others when you are ready to go deeper.

OM CHANTING

OM Chanting is a group practice that uses the transformational power of OM to activate your self-healing potential.

PROJECT MANTRA

Project Mantra is a 40-day chanting practice.

BABAJI SURYA NAMASKAR – SUN SALUTATION 

Babaji Surya Namaskar is a physical asana practice which aligns your mind, body and spirit.

Ideal for those who are

  • Busy and want a quick physical practice
  • Seeking to infuse a deeper spirituality into their yoga practice

  • 1- to 3-hour class/course with an instructor

How much does it cost?

  • Free: donations appreciated

SIMPLY MEDITATION 

Simply Meditation gives you a simple set of meditation and relaxation techniques which you use as you like to create a daily practice that works for you.

  • New to meditation
  • Stressed by daily life

How long does the practice take?

  • Suggested practice: 5-15 minutes per day
  • Full practice: 30 minutes, once or twice a day

  • 4 hour course

How much does it cost?

  • £85 in London; £65 outside London
  • 20% concessions available for students, unemployed, senior citizens

What post-course support is in place?

  • Teacher available for ongoing support
  • No charge for repeating the course as often as you wish
  • Group activities and practice sessions (some free)

ATMA KRIYA YOGA 

Atma Kriya Yoga gives you an advanced set of meditative techniques, as well as physical asanas, which you can use as you like to create a daily practice that works for you.

Ideal for those who are

  • Searching for a more profound spiritual experience
