Bhakti Marga UK welcomes and appreciates all sponsorship and donations provided by individuals and collective groups. Every donation, regardless of the amount is greatly appreciated and recognized as an offering of your love. Any surplus donations will be used to further the mission of Bhakti Marga to spread love and devotion through various spiritual events throughout the years to come for the community.
See below different options about how you can help to sponsor and donate this event.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsoring Prasad
“Prasad” means “gracious gift”. The Lord loves Prasad very much. As much as He loves us, He loves also to give us something which he has tasted. The Prasad of the Lord is extremely sacred and purifying. Just by eating Prasad, one can be free and dwell within the Lord. This is the power of Prasad.
On this evening, we will be offering a sumptuous feast (vegetarian & vegan delicacies) to the Lord and then it will be served to the guests as the main meal.
You have the opportunity to sponsor the Prasad during the night. A minimum donation of £50 to cover approximately 10 meals would be greatly appreciated.
Sponsoring an Aarti
“During Kartik month, many devotees light a lamp for the Lord. All these lights symbolise your dedication to the Lord, your surrender to Him, and asking Him to always bestow His blessing and grace upon you.” – Paramahamsa Vishwananda
One of the rituals associated with Kartik month is offering Aarti lamps. The following is an excerpt from the Puranas (scriptures) describing the glory of the pious Kartik month:
“If somebody burns a lamp in the temple of Lord Shri Hari even for a short time [in the month of Kartik], then whatever sins, he has acquired for millions of kalpas (one kalpa equals 1000 yugas) are all destroyed.”
You can have an opportunity to sponsor an aarti on this auspicious month of Kartik. A minimum donation of £25 is greatly appreciated for this wonderful opportunity.
Be part of the Yagna
On the evening, we will be performing a Yagna to Lord Krishna. Agni, the deity of fire and the messenger of the Devas, has a principal role in the yagna. Being embodied in the fire, Agni is vital for taking the prayer to the heavens which are the abode of the Devas.
There are 8 places available (on a first come first serve basis) to be part of this auspicious Yagna. The cost of participating in this Yagna is £51pp. All samagri (offerings) will be provided.

Please contact sonam@bhaktimarga.co.uk to register your name at least 3 days in advance for making necessary arrangements for sponsoring an Aarti or for sitting at the yagna kund during the opening prayers.
