OM Chanting brings people together to share the positive vibrations of OM and their love for Mother Earth in local communities and nations around the world. God creates through vibration, OM is the seed vibration. Bathing in its resonance clears mental and physical blockages. The practice transforms:

• Transforms negativity into positive energy
• Helps purify the local environment, and
• Supports the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of participants.

Sri Yantra is a sacred geometry, regarded as the most powerful of all. It has a profound effect upon the person who draws, paints, or meditates on it.

Sri Yantra workshop is a simple, yet powerful Affirmation Meditation to tune into the nine steps of the Sri Yantra.
The energy of this ancient geometry calms the mind and naturally transforms negativity into positivity.

PROGRAM

2pm – 3.30pm OM Chanting – FREE

– A brief introduction / explanation
– OM Chanting together
– We will sit quietly for a few minutes and then you are welcome to share any experiences you had during the OM chanting session.

3.30-4pm tea break

4pm – 5pm Sri Yantra Painting Meditation (Introduction Workshop) – COST – £5

⁃ Sri Yantra Painting Mediation
⁃ Sharing experience

The outlines will already be drawn and all materials are provided, so all you need to do is bring your creativity and paint the yantra with your own design.
