Kirtan is a form of meditation, as your mind is occupied as you sing or chant along, clearing the mind from overthinking and bringing a sense of bliss.

Swami Anashuya is a Hindu Monk who lives in Germany at the International Bhakti Marga Ashram. He has been serving Paramhamsa Vishwananda directly for over a decade and Swami will share his direct experience with Divinity.
