Simply Meditation is a set of meditative practises suitable to practisioners of any level, no previous meditation experience is neccessary. The technique is simple yet very powerful and requires just 5-15 min of daily practise to experience the benifits. Regular practice can strengthen your immune system, re-balance your nervous system, reduce blood pressure and improve brain function.
